LUA D' OLIVEIRA is our foundation Lusitano mare imported from Portugal in December 2021, heavily in foal with SYLVIE TORA V.

Victoria describes LUA D' OLIVEIRA as her pride and joy. An exquisite Lusitano mare with captivating eyes and a calm, gentle temperament. Approved by APSL (Portuguese Studbook) with 74.5 points, on of the highest graded Lusitano mare in Australasia, which is a testament to her quality. Scoring 8s for walk, trot, head, withers, chest and croup.

LUA D' OLIVEIRA has a massive trot that shows plenty of hock action and freedom through the shoulders, with a ground-covering walk and a powerful uphill canter. We cannot fault this mare.

As a mother, LUA D' OLIVEIRA has produced two magnificent fillies - SYLVIE TORA V and a full sister in Portugal that is bay. She throws her calm, gentle temperament, beautiful expressions, striking presence and exceptional movement onto her foals.

LUA D' OLIVEIRA is 3/4 Coudelaria de Alter and shares her lines with Olympic dressage sensations RUBI (AR) and FENIX DE TINEO. Both stallions are recommended for dressage with the APSL. In addition, SOL, the grandsire of LUA D' OLIVEIRA, is also a recommended sire for dressage. This prestigious title is only awarded to Lusitanos that have proven themselves at international level and is approved only by the APSL board.

With their outstanding quality and strong dressage genetics, CELERE (Imp) and LUA D' OLIVEIRA will certainly produce impressive progeny that will play an essential role in the growth of the Lusitano horse in Australasia.
